Is this the best time to start investing in direct Mutual Fund? How? [For Beginners]
Now in 2019-20, COVID-19 (Corona Virus) did not affect humans only it also damaged the economy very hard. Everyone on the earth fighting the Corona-virus together. All countries are fighting for survival.

Generally, when the economy is in a good phase. Most of the top-performing & blue-chip stocks are always overpriced due to positive sentiments in the market. If you think to buy those stocks at that time then you end up paying more than it's actual valuation.

Now, since the economy of all countries is crashed due to Corona situation, Market correction happened automatically. All top-performing and blue-chip stocks came back to its actual valuation.

It means this is the best time to invest in them. If you look into the long term (more than 3-5 years), It's pretty evident that the human race will pass the COVID-19 situation and again fight for the development race. That means the economy will definitely grow back. There is no doubt in that. So, It is the best time to invest in stocks.

Once we make our mind to invest in stocks. Very next question which comes in our mind is:
  • How to buy?
  • Where to buy?
  • Which stocks?
  • How to start?
  • How to open an investment account?
Here, I am addressing new and wanna be investors. For those people who don't have much knowledge about the share market and are not confident about investing their amount into stocks directly. The best and the easiest option to invest your amount into stocks is Mutual Funds (MF). Mutual Funds are managed by Professional Fund Managers who invest your money into stocks and keep track of the market and keep on updating your stocks portfolio. You don't have to worry about it and you can focus on your job (work in hand).

Here I will tell you the easiest 2 ways to invest into Direct Mutual Funds without any kind of Demat account. If you have the following things, you are all set to start investing with few clicks on your Android mobile phone.
  1. Android / Apple Mobile
  2. Aadhar card
  3. PAN Card
  4. Bank Account (With Money in it)

These are all tested OK methods and working best for me for a long time. All below-mentioned options are safe, approved by SEBI and free of cost (No hidden fees of any kind). Not only that, but These platforms also invest your amount in "Direct" mutual fund. If you go to any offline agent, he will put your money into a "Regular" plan which has his commotion in it. Due to the compounding effect, the commission cost becomes lacs of rupees over a long period. That means All below platform will give you more returns than offline agents.

I mostly prefer ETMONEY app, not that GROWW app is bad or something. I started with ETMONEY so I continue with it. ETMONEY also has an extra option of investing in NPS which is missing in GROWW. Both the apps are good. It's up to the individual which one the use. You can try both and decide yourself.

Both the apps are updating fast and coming up with new features every now and then.

About investing into Large & Mid-cap direct funds, You can use above apps to invest into Large, mid and small cap direct funds.

If you are asking about which funds to invest in then, Either you can do your own study (not recommended for beginner) or you can check the recommendations on above apps(ETMONEY, GROWW) or sites like moneycontrol, etc.

If you use above affiliate links, that will help me.
      Thank you.
